How to Enable Cookies.
Here are instructions on how to check and change your
settings to "accept cookies" or "turn cookies on".
What's a Cookie?
It is a piece of information that a website stores on your
computer for future use. When you login to a website, it creates the cookie. Thus,
when you get to a page which requires you to be logged in, it checks for the cookie. If it
finds the cookie, then you are allowed to see the page, otherwise, you are not. Therefore, if
you do not enable use of cookies, when the webpage tries to authorize you, it will fail because your broswer
did not accept the cookie, and it cant verify that you are logged in.
